So don’t just think about your goal—write it down! Grab a notepad and a pen and physically write your goals down on paper so you can see them and read them at least every morning and evening. This may seem silly at first, but doing this helps to keep your mind focused on your goals.

In a study that followed 10,000 people over two decades, Harvard researchers discovered that those who wrote down their goals were 40% more likely to achieve them than those who didn’t write down their goals.
